Barns
The training complex centres around three large barns, which house
over 130 horses in total.
The barns are fully insulated to ensure the horses are protected
from sudden changes in climate. Special emphasis has been placed
on a system of natural ventilation.
Barry believes that natural lighting is an important component in
the physiological development of his young horses and therefore
apart from the louvre windows, there is also clear roof lighting.

Indoor Arena
This arena has a Polytrack surface and is used when breaking in
yearlings, introducing horses to the starting stalls, exercising
during bad weather and also for Barry to focus on each horse before
exercise.

Walking Track
This track is situated opposite the complex which allows the horses
to walk around a 14 acre paddock.

Grass & All Weather Gallops
Situated adjacent from the yard are private gallops set within 125
acres, which include 2 all-weather gallops and a variety of grass
gallops. The close proximity to the yard is ideal, enabling the
horses to gain access to the gallops without walking along any roads,
giving them a stress free environment.
